Leaving Riomaggiore

After 6 amazing days, we departed Riomaggiore to head back to Rome. We spent the last night enjoying a home cooked dinner and a nice bottle of wine, ably put together by my wife in our little kitchen. I have been collecting some notes on the kit I packed and what I will likely do differently on my next trip, nothing major, just little changes but a few small adjustments will make my next journey even better. However, those tips will have to wait. I am in Rome! The Eternal City, the tips will wait.

Waiting for the train to La Spezia, it will be late but so will our connecting train to Rome so it all worked out.

Apartment had everything needed. Pasta, pesto, salad and wino from the local coop cost less than 14 euro, including the wine, for a great dinner for 2. By eating in, we saved a fortune.
